Dip & Cheeseball Mixes (4)
Ingredients
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1 packet Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. bacon bits
12 large jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix, grated cheese and bacon bits. With a small spoon, fill each jalapeno half with about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Place peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until cheese is browned and bubbling, about 10 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through.
Tip: you may want to wear gloves while seeding and stuffing the peppers.
